ForeverDealers Claims Procedure

It is as Easy as 1, 2, 3! 

All the customers must do is call in to schedule an appointment for a claim or walk into the service department for a Key repair/replacement.

1. A service advisor will contact ForeverStart at 855-364-4646 to verify coverage. (Please be prepared to provide policy number or last 6 of vin.)

2. Once coverage has been verified, authorization will be given for the repair/replacement.

3. When the invoice is ready for payment., please email a copy of the repair order to claims@foreverdealers.com and contact us at 855-364-4646 for credit card payment.
